Navigating Your Twenties (for Men) in NYC with Cindy Pierce

What does it mean to be a man or non-binary individual living in NYC in your twenties and thirties? What does it mean to date, work, and find the balance between surviving and thriving in a city that values productivity over sleep? Is technology helping or hurting us? Where do we draw the line between online and private personas? What does it mean to feel “enough”? Do you feel like you can own your emotions? Do you feel constricted by society's definition of how a man should be? Explore these topics and more November 3rd at The Assemblage with a complementary dinner and discussion with Social Sexuality Educator, Author, and Comic Storyteller Cindy Pierce!

Combining comic storytelling and years of research, Cindy Pierce engages audiences with her message about healthy relationships and navigating cultural pressures. Cindy’s mission is to help young people find balance between all the realms of their busy lives. In addition to speaking regularly at Dartmouth College, Cindy has also spoken at Williams College, Middlebury College, and Northern Michigan University. She is the author of several books about sexuality. Cindy and her family live in Etna, NH where they own and run Pierce’s Inn.
